We must take care of ourselves in order to take care of our children and the ones we love! Below is how I choose to take care of myself during the week day. You would be amazed how these small changes can help you to feel light, and give you the strength and energy that you need as a mom on the go.
- Drink Plenty of Water
- Take a Multi-Vitamin
- Exercise at least 4 Days out of the Week for 30 minutes
- Don’t eat after 7PM
